Macca Roon is a blue French macaron. She has bluish-green filling in her middle.
Her variant is a yellow French macaron. She has white meringue in her middle.
She is included in the Target exclusive Shopkins Mystery Edition 40 pack. This exclusive is an orange French macaron. She has pink filling in her middle.
There are two variants of her included in the Food Fair. One variant features Macca Roon as a white French macaron with pink filling in her middle. On top of her is a pink decoration with a purplish-pink heart on it that resembles a doily.
The other variant features Macca Roon as a purple French macaron with purple filling in her middle. On top of her is a blue heart decoration that resembles a doilie.
There are also two variants of her from the Christmas Blind Baubles. The first variant features her as a red French macaron. She has a brown filling in her middle and a white snowflake on top.
The second variant features her as a white French macaron. She has a mint green filling in her middle and a mint green snowflake on top.
