Choc-Kate Sundae is a purple fading to teal ombré glass of chocolate sundae. She has three scoops of chocolate ice cream with a dollop of whipped cream topped with three chocolate chips.

- Her name is a pun on the food "chocolate sundae" and the girls' name Kate.
- She is the second sundae Shopkin, the first being Suzie Sundae from Season Three.
- She bears a strong resemblance to Choc Mint Charlie.
